Actually, my wife wanted to use the camera as a small, but very good, alternative to the DSLR camera. Since she now takes almost only wildlife and bird photos with the large telephoto lens instead of landscape photography, the small Sony is almost not used. But it is much too good to lie in the closet...
The RX100VA is one of the premium compact cameras and has a very light-sensitive lens with an aperture value of 1.8-2.8. The zoom range corresponds to small image equivalents 24-70mm.
In addition to the camera, the Sony Griff AG-R2 is also included, with which the camera can be held much better.
The camera was bought in February 2021 and has only had about 700 shutter releases since then, because my wife used more the DSLR with the telephoto lens.

The camera was replaced in October 2020 as part of my GoPro subscription, as the previous one was "drunk" in a T-Housing.
Supersuit, batteries and charger were therefore all purchased new in October 2020.
Whether the replacement camera was new or revised, I can't say. It definitely came straight from GoPro.
As can be seen in the pictures, the camera is in good condition:
No visible scratches on lens and display. I used them almost exclusively in the diving housing.
In addition, there is a replacement cover for the lens, a screen protector for lens and display as well as a case. The zipper of the case is unfortunately defective and does not close properly.

The attached 45 degree angle viewfinder (identical to the Subal viewfinders) additionally enlarges the viewfinder image and so can be photographed very well close to the ground or upwards.
The viewfinder can be rotated 270° and can also be easily removed for transport.
Two Nikonos flash sockets are installed.
This includes a 180mm glass dome port with scratches in the glass. However, these are not noticed in photos underwater. Without an intermediate ring, e.B. a fisheye (Sigma 15mm / Canon 15mm) can be used. The holder of the lens hood at the top has a crack, but does not interfere further.
In addition, there is a 60mm intermediate ring. With this, lenses such as the 17-40mm, 16-35 1:2.8 (I) or Sigma 15-30mm can also be used.
