The Scubapro MK17 EVO 1st stage is an air-balanced, membrane-controlled, high-performance stage equipped with the revolutionary XTIS technology, i.e. the Extended Thermal Insulating System technology with which Scubapro opens up a new era of cold water protection technology. XTIS technology complies with the new EN250-2014 standard and has up to 50% improved cold water resistance than previous models. The mechanical components of the Scubapro MK17 EVO 1st stage are completely insulated thanks to the new XTIS technology, the additional fins increase heat exchange in cold water and the MK17 EVO is also equipped with an anti-frost cap.
