I sell a self-built Tank Bang with slight traces of use. This consists of a very stable rubber and a golf ball. This is an underwater signaling device.
The tank bench is simply pulled over the bottle. When you pull on the ball, the golf ball bangs against the bottle and makes a noise. It's not as annoying as a shaker or a hammerhead.
