Sell my Mares Abyss 22 regulator including octopus and practical transport bag, ideal for diving. The set is in good condition, has not been used for about 3 years and should receive a new revision before the next use.

The new version of the Abyss 22 is very robust and stable. Traditionally, the second stage is still made of metal, so it is very shock-resistant, reliable and ideally suited for dives (especially) in cold water. The high air delivery capacity of the Abyss 22 also makes it very popular with warm-water divers.

The integrated, patented and proven VAD system delivers unbeatable performance values that far exceed the requirements for CE approval. The interaction of VAD (vortex support by bypass) and a Fluid Dynamic Deflector permanently integrated in front of the mouthpiece results in an extremely physiological breathing characteristic. Here, the airflow is directed from the bypass to the deflector, thus significantly improving the responsiveness.
Breathing with the Octopus Prestige NTT under water corresponds to natural breathing above water and is therefore perceived as extremely pleasant. The diver in an emergency situation will appreciate this very much. Also new is the oversized polyurethane air shower button, which can be operated without any problems even with thick neoprene gloves. The new streamlined shape of the bubble deflector improves performance and also directs blisters further away from the face.
